How Subscriptions Work
OBXTD offers one-time subscription passes — not recurring auto-billing. You pay once for a defined period (weekly, monthly, or seasonal) and access expires at the end of that period. There is no automatic renewal. If you want to continue, you simply purchase again.
This means there is no "cancel my subscription" process — your access simply ends when the period you paid for ends.
Refund Policy
General policy
Because our service provides immediate digital access upon purchase, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds for partial use of a subscription period.
Exceptions — we will issue a refund if:
- You were charged but never received access (technical failure on our end)
- You were charged twice for the same subscription period
- You contact us within 24 hours of purchase and have not used any premium features
How to request a refund
Email hello@obxtd.com with:
- The email address used for purchase
- The date and amount charged
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Early Adopter Season Passes
Free season passes issued as part of our early adopter program have no monetary value and are not refundable or transferable.
Payment Security
We do not store any credit card information. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details never touch our servers. For payment disputes, you may also contact your bank or card issuer directly.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods already purchased.
